Rentals are leased at full retail price, 1/2 down is required at time of lease. Lessee/Buyer has the option to return instrument undamaged at any time during the term of this lease and will forfeit all previous payments but owe nothing further, until instrument is paid in full, at which time, will be owned by Lessee/Buyer. An option for trade in, to upgrade is available as long as a balance is still owed and all previous payments will be applied to purchase of new instrument. If upgrade is desired after full balance is paid, a trade-in value will be assessed at time of purchase of new instrument and applied to the purchase price. If payment is not made by the due date a late fee of $35.00 will be applied. If payments become 60 days in arrears, Lessee/Buyer will be required to either pay the remaining balance, return instrument undamaged to Magic Music or instrument will be repossessed and Lessee/Buyer will be charged all legal and other fees incurred in the process.
